Max has more than 12 years' experience in the fitness industry, with qualifications in Personal Training, Advanced Sports Nutrition & Fitness Business.
Max has also been practising martial arts for more than 30 years and currently holds a 4th degree black belt in Karate, a 3rd degree in Muay Thai and a 3rd degree black belt in BJMA (in other words, don't mess with him!).
Max believes in the power of developing daily habits. Whether you want to improve your energy, fitness, flexibility, movement, strength, mindset or overall health… or all of the above… you can achieve your goals with everyday healthy habits.
Mai is qualified in Mat and Reformer Pilates, with a a background in exercise and sports science. She started dancing and cheerleading from a young age, and her passion for Pilates grew from there. She also attended a dance specialist high school where Pilates was implemented into her weekly routine which made school enjoyable and solidified her love for Pilates.
Mai loves helping people reach their full potential and achieve their goals. Ensuring all clients are performing exercises with the correct technique whilst getting a good burn!
Mai also loves the beach and palm trees - anything that reminds her of Hawaii. She is also always up for trying new things!
Harry has been working in the fitness industry since the tender age of 16. Fitness was his one passion growing up and still is today. He says it’s a dream come true to fulfil a career within the industry!
His favourite thing about working in the fitness industry is the people he gets to work with, both clients and colleagues. He believes that genuinely helping people work towards their fitness goals makes it a pretty special industry to be a part of.
Harry is originally from Wagga Wagga in NSW, but thankfully his family moved to Mooroolbark when he was a kid and he’s been living in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs ever since!
Teresa holds degrees in Exercise Sports Science (from Deakin University) and Nutritional Science (from Torrens University), as well as numerous additional certifications in Pilates, yoga, kettlebells and strength & conditioning. She also has more than 17 years of experience as rehabilitation specialist and nutritionist.
Teresa is passionate about exercise correction, injury rehabilitation, strengthening programming, dietary planning and nutritional education.
She loves loves working 1:1 with people rehabilitating from complex injuries, recovering from debilitating illness and managing long term health related concerns, and takes great pleasure in providing a personalised level of care that supports them.
Amy is a Qualified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor who has a love for teaching!
From being a dance teacher for callisthenics since the age of 14, she found love for the way she can teach and help the people around her to move their body’s and love themselves.
After working as a gym receptionist for the past year, it wasn’t long until she wanted to be the one teaching the classes, so bye to uni and hello Pilates instructor! She loves every second that she can to be helping people and can be easily distracted by talking before class cause she loves to talk!
Amy is passionate about making sure everyone leaves every class with a smile on their face but a good burn in their bodies!
Laura has lived in Wonga Park for nearly 20 years.
She has worked in the fitness industry in women’s health for a number of years as a Personal Trainer and Instructor.
She is now taking on a different role in the industry and will be working front of house in our new beautiful studio in Wonga Park.
Outside of work, Laura has three beautiful children who have grown up in Wonga Park and still call our community home.
She looks forward to meeting you all and guiding you to help you achieve your fitness goals!
Jack has lived in the Wonga Park area his whole life and has strong community ties.
He graduated from Luther College in 2022 and is currently undertaking a Business and Management degree at RMIT University. When not at work or uni you will often find Jack working on his own health & fitness or spending quality time with friends & family.
With a passion for meeting new people, Jack is right at home as one of Wonga Fitness’ Membership Consultants where his open and supportive nature make him ideal to support existing and prospective members as they continue or embark on their fitness journeys.

Glenn worked with Max for many years in the building industry, and has been a long term fitness client of Max's as well.

Jacob has been doing massage and manual therapy since 2014. After spending several years practicing swedish and remedial massage he advanced his skills into Myotherapy and developed a more comprehensive treatment style.
He is passionate about posture realignment, tension release, chronic pain management, and lifestyle modification to promote foundational functionality for overall wellbeing.
As a kid Jacob played every sport he could, and has continued to be active through his adult life, with snowboarding and mountain biking as his top picks.

Jema found her passion for Pilates after experiencing a lower back injury. She joined a studio to help build her core strength and soon became aware to all the other benefits Pilates has to offer.
It warms her heart to hear the positives Pilates has had on so many of my clients. She loves being able to help others improve their physical health and well-being.
She is patient, compassionate and has an eye for technique. In her classes you will find her hands on & making sure each member of the class is performing the exercise with the correct technique. Whilst enduring a good burn, she can guarantee a laugh & a fun class!
Holly has been a personal trainer and fitness instructor for 3 years. She is a huge advocate for the positive impact fitness has on an individual's mindset and loves being part of that change for someone.
Her biggest strength as a trainer is the fact that she is a people person. She aims to meet each client where they’re at, and work with them to achieve their own personal best. When you work with Holly she’ll push you not to be the best in the room, but to be the best version of you.
And although she is definitely a people person, she’s also obsessed with her big fur-baby, Bear!
Charli has been in the fitness industry for 3 years, and is qualified in personal training, mat Pilates, boxing skills, technical lifting and interval training.
She has a true passion for helping others, and uses her own motivation to help drive her clients to ensure they achieve the goals they are striving for to help change their life for the better.
When she’s not at work or in the gym, she loves spending time outdoors by the beach or hanging out with friends. She also enjoys snuggling up on the couch with her Staffy watching movies.
