Group Classes

Classes are the absolute heartbeat of our studio.

Our schedule includes dozens of group classes every week including general fitness, general strength, Reformer Pilates, Muay Thai, seniors and more.

Personal Training

Our highly experienced trainers will work with you to understand your health & fitness goals, and design a custom program to help you reach them.

This may include not just regular facilitated sessions, but also guidance on movement, nutrition, exercise and daily habit building.

Combat Sports

At Wonga Health & Fitness Studio we use the principles of Muay Thai and boxing to help improve fitness, balance & coordination, mental focus & discipline, confidence and (for those interested) learning self-defence.

As a long time martial arts practitioner, our Head Coach Max believes that at the core of any martial art is the discipline of self improvement, and that’s something he's found to be an extremely valuable concept for promoting overall health & fitness even (or perhaps especially) for people who are not interested in practising the martial art themselves but just want improved health & fitness outcomes.

Body Composition Scanning

The Intelligent Body Scanner does a safe, fully clothed, 60-second scan of the body, from which it’s able to provide detailed data through more than 40 measurements.

It works simply by a safe electrical current through the feet and hands. The resistance to flow of the current determines the difference between muscle mass, fat mass, water and mineral — a measurement far beyond the one-size-fits-all generic BMI.

All readings are specific to the individual, allowing trainers to better design a health and wellness program.

Myotherapy / Massage Therapy

Manual therapy can be critical to achieving health & fitness goals, particularly those involving injury recovery and improved movement.

The release and rehabilitation of congested or injured soft tissue is a restorative process that allows the body to reset and realign, and can help eliminate acute and chronic pain.

In our experience, however, it can often be a challenge to effectively coordinate manual therapies with fitness training, nutrition, habit-building and all the other elements required to achieve overall health & fitness goals.

That’s why we've invited experienced myotherapist and massage therapist, Jacob Williams, to join us at Wonga Health & Fitness Studio!

Nutrition

Nutrition is a critical element of any effective health & fitness plan, and that’s why we will be offering nutrition guidance as part of our portfolio of services.

This may take a variety of forms, from generic guidance on nutrition through to individual, tailored nutrition plans that are integrated with exercise plans and designed to address each client's unique goals and needs.
