This is your time to shine. Whether it's fitting into your favourite outfit, feeling confident at the beach, or simply celebrating how far you've come, this challenge is about feeling your absolute best during the season when you want to show up fully. You'll finish summer proud, strong, and ready to enjoy the fruits of your hard work.

Why We Train Hard, Then Pull Back

Here's what most fitness programs get wrong: they ask you to go hard all the time. But that's not how the human body—or mind—works best.

Our challenge series is built on a principle that elite athletes have known for decades: peak and recover.
