For most people we recommend doing at least 3 classes each week to get the most benefit from Pilates. If you can commit to that, our Unlimited Pilates membership offers the best value for money.
However, we realise that not everyone can make it to classes that often due to family, work or other responsibilities. We also realise that if you're new to Pilates, you may want to start more slowly and build up to 3 or more classes per week.
That's why we put these packs together, ideal for anyone who wants to do just 1-2 Pilates classes each week!
