About Muay Thai

Muay Thai, also known as "The Art of Eight Limbs", is a powerful and dynamic combat sport from Thailand. It incorporates an 8-point striking system combining the use of punches, kicks, elbows, and knees, making it one of the most complete and effective striking arts in the world.

Unlike boxing or traditional kickboxing, Muay Thai emphasizes full-body coordination, balance, and rhythm — using all parts of the body to strike, block, and clinch. Practitioners learn how to generate force efficiently while staying agile and controlled.
